Physiotherapy in Edmonton for Lower Back

Standing with arms at your sides.

Slide the right arm down the back of the right leg as your spine bends slightly backwards and to the right.

Breathe throughout the exercise.

Hold and repeat as advised by your physiotherapist at Revive Spine and Sport Physiotherapy Clinic.

Keep your head and neck in a neutral position and be sure not to swing the hips out to the left as your bend.
