Physiotherapy in Edmonton for Knee

Sit or recline with your right knee bent to 45°, and your foot flat on the bed.

Without moving your leg, contract the muscles in the back of your thigh as you press your heel into the bed.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Revive Spine and Sport Physiotherapy Clinic physiotherapist.

Alternately, you can do this exercise with a rolled towel under your knee for support
